This year, Spring/Summer collections are all about lightness, playfulness, and a delicious juxtaposition of contrasts that only the French seem capable of pulling off. Think bold yet refined, audacious yet understated, sultry yet sophisticated, elegant yet mischievous. 

Taking their cues from nature’s wonderland and la dolce vita, French lingerie brands are bringing everything fruition in a kaleidoscope of colors that defy the typical palate. This season’s lingerie comes in papaya yellow, red candy, flamboyant fuchsia, electric aqua, citrus orange and, of course, multiple shades of nude that leave beige in the dust. Prints are also trending with polka dots, animal patterns, floral bouquets and abstract graphics that come alive in range of equally dazzling hues.

As usual, the hallmark of every collection is quality craftsmanship in every single detail: gorgeous noble fabrics and all the fine trimmings, like broderie anglaise, seductive lacing and picots, lightweight Leavers lace, stretch lace and linked Valenciennes, lace net, intricate mesh and playful Swiss Dot.
