Paris Fashion Week is a beloved institution, with the biggest and best haute couture brands strutting their stuff on the catwalk. But as Paris Fashion Week began, the real show seemed to be on the streets: Showgoers were a testimony to diversity in a display of fashion flamboyance, effortless chic, and exuberant street styles. Can we call this the best of New York, London, and Paris in one crowd?
